Return policy

The optional 30-day money-back guarantee is a paid, store-backed add-on. When purchased, TRUCKROVER will refund the price of eligible TruckRover vehicles for any reason if the return is requested within 30 days of delivery and the item is returned complete. The guarantee fee, mystery gift, and shipping protection are not refundable, and this add-on does not reduce any right provided by law.

Contact support before sending a return. Do not send an item without written return instructions from the store.
